Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Bad Weather All cancellations and rescheduling of parties or guests with 48 hours notice will incur a $200.00 fee. If it rains, the client needs to provide some type of cover for the cooks to cook under so they can stay dry. We can cook under the tent and patio. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel due to bad weather within 48 hours of the party. Travel Fee The company can charge travel expenses according to the specific number of people. If necessary, you can contact our customer service according to your status to find out whether service travel fees need to be charged.
